Cell Phone Profits products are backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of the original purchase date, you may request a full refund of the purchase price. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our billing support team through Explodely at https://help.explodely.com/support/tickets/new. Please include your order number and the email address associated with your purchase in your request. Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window may not be honored.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items

Chargebacks
